Shipping:
• Latvia: 1–3 business days
• Baltics: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 7–10 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you are unable to receive your package, we offer an additional 5 days to claim it before it is returned to us.

Returns:
• Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 3 days. We offer a refund or replacement.
• Non-Damaged Products: We generally do not accept returns unless there are exceptional circumstances. If a return is approved, you have 14 days to return the product in its original packaging, unused, and with all components.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified by customer support.
• Refunds: Eligible refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
