Return Policy

At SUZIALLURE, we provide our customers with the best products and services. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to assist you.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the order. We will initiate a thorough investigation to verify the damage. Once confirmed, we will offer two options:
a) Refund: We will refund the full amount paid for the damaged product back to your original payment method.
b) Replacement: We will send you a new product free of charge.

Non-Damaged Products: As a general policy, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-damaged products. We encourage you to make informed purchasing decisions by carefully reviewing product details, descriptions, and customer reviews before making a purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a return or refund request is necessary, even if the product is not damaged. If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please reach out to our customer support team. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and determine the best course of action. If SUZIALLURE support team approves return of the product, you have 14 days from the day you recieved goods, to send them back!

Return Authorization: In the event that a return is authorized, our customer support team will provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories and components included.

Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless stated otherwise by our customer support team.

Refund Process: For eligible refunds, we will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.

Final Sale Items: Certain products may be labeled as "final sale" or "non-returnable." These items are exempt from our return policy and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

Package Delivery: If you are unable to receive your package in time and we receive a message that it is returning to us, we will notify you again via mobile and email. You will have an additional 5 days to claim the package. If this extra time is missed, the package will remain with us, and a refund will not be issued.

We reserve the right to amend or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. By making a purchase with SUZIALLURE, you agree to comply with our return policy as stated above.
