Every Suzi Allure order is carefully packaged, fully tracked, and shipped from our European warehouse - straight to your door, or your nearest pickup point.
✨ Free Shipping Over €50
Orders over €50 ship free across Europe. Orders below €50 ship at a flat rate.
Pro tip: Most of our customers add a second piece to unlock free shipping - and end up gifting it.

⏱️ Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed after 2 PM CET, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Personalized & engraved pieces require an additional 2-3 business days for production before shipping.

We ship across Europe via trusted courier services. At checkout, we'll automatically find your nearest pickup locker, or you can choose a preferred pickup point.

🔍 Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also track your parcel anytime in your account dashboard.
If you miss the delivery, you have an extra 5 days to claim your parcel before it's returned to us.

All orders ship in unbranded outer packaging - perfect for surprise gifts. Only the recipient sees the Suzi Allure box inside.
Sending it as a gift? Add a personalized note at checkout - handwritten on a Suzi Allure card, free of charge.
📍 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but your parcel hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days. We'll open an investigation with the courier and make it right.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping at the original shipping cost. Please double-check your address at checkout.
🎄 Holiday & Peak Season
During major holidays - Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day - and sale periods, processing may take 1-2 extra days due to high order volume.
We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.
🌍 Customs & Duties
Orders shipped within the EU have no additional customs fees.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
